the Central Tour
The Central Tour on the Cumberland Plateau Nature Trail boasts the highest waterfall in the eastern United States at Fall Creek Falls State Park and Natural Area and the largest state park and natural area in Tennessee at Frozen Head State Park and Natural Area. The sites on the Central Tour are sure to please any traveler and include every experience from dazzling overlooks, to quite walks and arboretum paths, to lengthy hiking opportunities.
